Significant Career Experience

Sandra Waire serves as Director of Human Resources for Wegmann Dazet & Company.

Ms. Waire’s experience includes a wealth of store level and corporate HR roles on a regional level with the Home Depot Corporation.   Collaboration with in store teams to insure compliance with government regulations and corporate guidelines, training and assessment programs, administration of employee benefit programs and insurance, and management of the hiring and recruiting process to assure quality hires are all woven through her Home Depot tenure.

Prior to Home Depot, Ms. Waire served for 10 years as Director of Human Resources and Risk Management for the Terrebonne Association for Retarded Citizens, directing this regional not-for-profit’s compliance through the myriad of federal regulations that govern that industry.

In her consulting role at Wegmann Dazet, Ms. Waire carries the strength of her experience in serving the firm’s clients in areas of regulatory compliance evaluations, supervisory and management training, recruitment, employee relations support, HR department planning and set-up consulting, and a number of other areas that help our clients negotiate this potentially thorny area.
